The yummiest of yummy porkchops!

So ladies (and gents), I decided to play around a bit. I'm the mad scientist in the kitchen :)!

So here's what you need:
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Black pepper
Thick cut pork chops (no bone)

I COVERED both sides with the combination of dry ingredients. Then gave my pork chops a little massage:) Then I put about 1/2 and inch of water in a deep pan on high. Let the water come to a simmer and put the chops in.

Let them cook, covered on high, for 35-40 minutes. Flip twice.

I know this probably sounds so generic but tons of onion powder was the key, YUMMO!!!!!
